Quick Breakfast

Gluten Free Breakfast

Rice Cake, Honey, Bananna
Cashews, Raisins, Apples

Vegetarian.  Vegan if you substitute the honey for a vegan sweetner.

In addition my little lovelies got thier first dose of Daily Vitamins (I'm a big fan of Nature's Plus Chewables, they include many whole food sources); Vitamin C Chewable Tablet 500mg; and started on thier hydration for the day.  I will blog about our experience with  supplements and hydration soon.
